Hello, I'm Rachel

Welcome to my website.

Since 2015, I have tapped into the world of yoga. I have been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring teachers and having the chance to share those teachings and experiences with my students fills my heart with joy.

 

As a Yoga Teacher, I want to make the practice of yoga accessible, enjoyable and an integral part of people’s lives. 

​

I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath and relaxation to encourage each student to practice with steadiness and ease and drop into their own unique experience.
